Professional Online Marketing

Our attention to detail will show from our initial inspection, to market analysis, to staging and photographing, to listing on over 40 high performing rental websites.

Tenant Screening

We conduct a full credit check, employment verification, criminal, and eviction check and provide you with our findings allowing you to make the final decision regarding a rental candidate. Once in the property, we maintain a healthy tenant relationship as we have learned it reduces turnovers and damages!

General Maintenance 

Our automated system receives maintenance requests 24/7 and we will determine responsible party and manage all third-party vendors.

Property Inspections

Licensed broker will visit the property to stop little issues before they become big issues. Owners are always welcome to come along to ensure nothing is overlooked.

Showings and Walkthroughs

All showings will be performed by a licensed real estate broker. All move-in and move-out walkthroughs are well documented and kept on record.

Payment Collection

Rent collection and late fees are through an online system and in accordance to Colorado state law. All owners will receive monthly income statements and year end 1099s. These are also available through our dedicated Owner's Portal.

Security Deposit Maintenance

In accordance with Colorado state law, all security deposits will be held in a trust account. All move-out walkthroughs will be well documented and damages/deductions will be done as required by law.

House Checks

Leaving for the Winter? Let us swing by and check on the house, gather the mail, receive deliveries, and coordinate any necessary repairs.
